Similar experience here; I was told that it is because there is no harmonized RF Exposure Safety Standard under R&TTE or LVD. At the time it was not a big deal so we went through the process without challenging the system. But now I received an information, that it is a still request in Germany. Could someone please respond with some clarifications or similar experience?
