From: Mark Gandler [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, October 05, 2005 1:40 PM To: [email protected] Subject: NB opinion and number for WLAN products CE marking. Dear All, I was under impression, based on the last year changes, that the wireless LAN, 802.11 a/b/g devices, as well as other product categories under R&TTE directive are no longer required to use NB opinion and to apply their number with CE ! mark. But now I received an information, that it is a still request in Germany. Could someone please respond with some clarifications or similar experience?
