Yes, I heard about that. It sounds like a good idea that was 'improved 
to death'. After all, if an agency wants to justify charging huge fees 
(however justified on a person-hours basis), it should CULTIVATE its 
clients, not spurn them. Anybody would think it was a dominant software 
house. (;-)
