What you should do is ASK CSA! They really will tell you, in my 
experience, what they consider you need to do. And their word has rather 
more weight that any opinion you get here, of course.

We get a lot of enquiries here that could be simply and authoritatively 
answered by the agency. Is it the experience of others here that such 
enquiries are rejected by the agencies?
