John: This could be a tricky area. We've worked on a number of industrial-sized "printers on steroids" and some of them use RF-powered print heads. So I could see how someone might believe that Section 4.1 of CISPR 11 (see below) is applicable:
Group 1 ISM equipment: group 1 contains all ISM equipment in which there is intentionally generated and/or used conductively coupled radio-frequency energy which is necessary for the internal functioning of the equipment itself.
