CISPR 22 includes Class A emission limits, which are appropriate for the 
industrial environment. Conducted emissions propagate through the power 
distribution system, whether the equipment is fed from the low-voltage 
public supply or otherwise. The limits on conducted emissions are at 
least partly intended to limit the consequent radiation from the power 
supply conductors. So it's difficult to justify different conducted 
emission limits simply on the grounds that the low-voltage supply is not 
shared with other customers of the supply company.
