I would not expect that such a large printer will be installed in a room which could be called an office, so I think Class A would be the better fit. I also see the problem public low voltage vs. non-public low voltage, CISPR 22 does not make a difference here For immunity I would consider IEC 61000-6-2 as the final installation could be an industrial environment.
