And that's one of the documents that's got errors in it... In some countries 100mW is permitted, although this can vary dependent on whether it is for indoor or outdoor use, and in the US I believe up to 4W can be used. I have also see some products claiming to meet EU regulations, which limit output to 100mW in the ETSI standard, yet provide outputs of +23dBm (200mW). Unfortunately there really is a lot of incorrect information out there. National frequency allocation tables really are probably the only reliable source. Best regards
