Ian,
You may consider the Rohde & Schwartz PSU
It has 3 N-type switches and 3 BNC type.
It goes to 6 GHz and up to 100 watts (if I remember well) for the
N-types.
It also has a IEEE interface as well as manual switches.
programming is easy just S1 or R1 sets or resets a switch.

Subject: RF Switch
All
We have two amplifiers: one which goes from 80MHz to 1GHz and a new one
which goes from 0.8 to 3GHz. Can anyone suggest where I might find a
suitable switch that would ideally be controlled by RS232/USB/IEEE 488
which
would allow me to change between amplifiers at, for example 1GHz during
the
test?
A manual switch would be acceptable but not ideal.
Ian Gordon
