Hello Nick,

Thanks for responding..

The good material is Nylon 66 and the bad material is PBT. The issue is the
bad material cracks when a screw is inserted into the mounting screw boss..

The nylon is much more complaint while the PBT is harder and more
brittle........

Any thoughts are appreciated.....

It would help (a lot!) to know what the plastic 
is, and what the differences are between the 
material used in the good parts and that used in 
the faulty parts.
