Hello Nick, Thanks for responding..
The good material is Nylon 66 and the bad material is PBT. The issue is the bad material cracks when a screw is inserted into the mounting screw boss.. The nylon is much more complaint while the PBT is harder and more brittle........ Any thoughts are appreciated.....
