Hi Brian, Instead of looking for such a high precision hipot tester, I'm wondering if instead you've considered a high precision calibrated load (only used for verification) where the pass/fail points would be known with a high degree of accuracy. Please note that I had experience with this in a past life that proved to be acceptable with the agencies with daily or before each shift verification.
