Hello Rich,

Everyone says NIS and 4 to 6 weeks. Also looked at probes, but all over 2%
accuracy.

Any suggestions?

Suggest you use an external meter with a HV probe.

Have you considered sources such as Exphil or TekNet
or Continental Resources or Advanced Test Equipment
