L There is a similar interpretation issue with the last phrase of Article 2 subsection 1. However, a UK trade association has received from the British Ministry concerned an indication that 'professional' products not intended for use in the home are NOT within the scope. However, the Regulation lumps 'office' with 'household', so there is another way in which the wording is ambiguous and, if we believe the Ministry, misleading.
