In or out of the notches? I'll agree that outside the notches there is no question when a BPL system is operating. BPL is being proposed by some as one of the command/control link methods for the Smartgrid. The EMC Society is pushing the folks working on IEEE P2030 to consider EMC as an important design parameter for Smartgrid.
