Thank you for the responses. 305/2011/EU states 89/106/EEC is repealed upon publication of 305/2011/EU.
At present there are no harmonized standards applicable to 305/2011/EU that I could locate, but http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/sectors/construction/legislation/index_en.h tm contains a link to the harmonized standards from 89/106/EEC. This is for continuity (or cya, depending on your perspective). Where does one find a list of harmonized standards associated with a regulation (such as 305/2011/EU) going forward? From the above link or is there another avenue? It's worth noting that Annex IV of 305/2011/EU contains product classes out of scope of 89/106/EEC. Regards, Peter L.
