Where does one find a list of harmonized standards associated with a regulation (such as 305/2011/EU) going forward? From the above link or is there another avenue?

The last time I looked at this, there was no such list. You have to use the old one.

It's worth noting that Annex IV of 305/2011/EU contains product classes out of scope of 89/106/EEC.

I suspect this is a 'use your initiative' situation. Does it create an intractable problem?
