Does anyone know if the MD anomalies marking the AR on the machine and indicating in the DoC the person authorized to compile the technical file will be retired soon through some sort of NLF revision of the Machinery Directive?

It seems very likely, since the NLF is designed to improve market surveillance. Consider that, at present, the AR name may be put on a machine imported irregularly by another company that remains anonymous.
