Warning - IANAL, but I did have an excellent burrito for lunch. Signatories to reports and the various CAB agreements may need 'errors and omissions' insurance. If a single person provides the final review and signs all reports, then perhaps the insurance can be limited to the qualification of single person.

What would you suggest for coverage, and should test engineers have professional liability insurance? Thank you!
