There is a trend that the product comes with a very simple user guide for
complicated products, such as TVs, smartphones, etc. but it is complement
with a built-in user guide/website download/cd disc. Is that simple guide
to fulfil the existing safety requirements? Is there any possibility for
safety standard to accept built-in user guide/website download/cd disc
replacing the paper user guide in the future? This replacement results in
saving the cost of paper user guide and environment. The most important is
that the users are more welcome to retrieve it easier when needed.

Thanks and regards,

Scott
