It is very interesting subject. From time to time, we appoint 3rd party laboratories for the testing work. In case there is an error regardless of interpretation or careless mistake, it may result in rework cost of several million dollars. I do not believe any 3rd party testing laboratory to cover this loss. Is there any insurance or infrastructure to cover it.
