Ravinder,
Let me suggest that if you can, you look at this emission in zero span
and wider bandwidth to see what the waveform looks like. You might even
be able to see it on a high speed 'scope, with amplification ahead of
its input.
Knowing the waveform and the machine states being exercised, you may be
able to narrow countermeasures to a smaller part of the PWB. If high
speed signals are leaving the board, you should reasonably expect common
current on the cable.
