Piotr, You don't have to be an expert in 60950-1 to interpret the TUV report. You only need to know which section of 60950-1 defines the requirements and tests for SELV and then see that those clauses are marked as passed in the TUV report or otherwise Not Applicable if the manufacturer does not claim to meet SELV. Really only the parent SELV clause needs to be checked, all the subordinate clauses should have the same results of passed or not applicable.
