It's worth trying, since a custom design is ruled out. In my case, they found two of the transformers on the shelf of 'old products'. They had a smaller product in the current catalogue, but, as in your case, my budget wouldn't run to that. I didn't know that US marines run on batteries. I assumed it was hydrazine.
