The easiest way for me would be to use a wireless network PCI card if linux supported it, if not, I could run some cable. Is the source available where it can be read on a windows PC? I downloaded the linux gz file before but windows didn't know how to open it. Perhaps there is a windows utility that will open compressed linux files for viewing source, know of any? My lathe control computer cost me ~35 for the pc and ~40 for shipping (PIII 800mhz), I wouldn't mind spending another $75 to have a PC with ubuntu and emc2 just to learn more about configuring hal and ini files. Of course it would also be nice to have a little Sherline machine for testing too :-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
