Well, it looks like that comment was added way back in the second version of the motenc_io.hal file, in December of 2005. Unfortunately, the referenced bridgeport.clp isn't in CVS, and as far as I can tell, it never has been. I'm not sure if Pete V. ever checked it in anywhere, or if he still has it. In any case, you probably don't want that exact ladder anyway.
