Aram - you need to look for Linux drivers for whatever display/pointing hardware you want to use.
EMC2 doesn't care what the input device is, as long as it works with Linux. The question "does this work with EMC2" is really "does this work with Linux". You should ask the manufacturers if they have Linux drivers or if support is built into the kernel.
