I've been using EMC for a few years now, and have used 3-4 different ways to generate g-code for it. Mostly, we hand-write it, because most of what we make just needs rectangular holes, circles here & there, etc.
But I am now seriously considering buying Synergy. I'm running a 30 day trial version and it looks quite powerful to me. I have a few questions about how it interacts with EMC, and how it might best be configured for use with EMC, which I'd like to post to this list. I gather there are a few people on this list that use or have sed it, so I'd be interested in sharing notes. But I don't want to bother anybody if this seems off topic. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Maybe if there isn't a clear up or down vote I just post a question or two and then I'll stop if it seems to drift off topic. Thanks to everyone in advance.
