You do not use the National Instruments driver. EMC2 uses "HAL" (Hardware Abstraction Layer) to access hardware. You need a HAL driver for the board. EMC2 includes quite a few HAL drivers, there have been two mentioned in this thread that might work for that board, or that might be suitable as the start of a driver for that board.
