Gene,

Maybe try eBay. Item 180765422137 is one example
from a seller who has several sizes. On the other
hand, $45 for an easy to break carbide cutter is
a bit of a thrill that I can live without.

Single tooth thread mills like item 190567056928
are also available and offer the ability to cut
a reasonable range of pitches with one tool.
Again, somewhat pricy and fragile.
