I agree with John, I pulled an MSDS sheet on 'Lexan' and it has a flammability rating of 1.
In accordance with the standards, this is "Combustible if heated" and is just above the rating of 0 which means it will not burn! It would take a lot of heat to get it to sustain burning and I don't belive you will get that off any swarf that we might generate on a typical machine discussed here.
