I am not exactly sure how the scam works, but I suspect you give them
money for something that only exists in pictures because they stole
the picture from somewhere else.  That's how it works with cheap cars
and bobcats. From what I can tell there are at least a few machine
tool scammers out there.

If you want to find out more about it, search for "bobcat craigslist
scam" without the quotes.  There are a couple of sad stories out
there.  This mill would be an unbelievable deal, even for someone who
wanted to sell the tooling on ebay and scrap out the mill.  Alarm
bells should be ringing.
