I am not sure if this is a bug with tool change or with the paths. I 
cannot do a tool change as an error comes up saying that the named 
parameter #<ini[change_position]z> is not found.
Firstly, the parameter is in the ini file and further I have selected to 
not use the auto tool measure feature.

I have also found problems with the code finding paths. If I use a 
simple path for the user_macros then it finds the macros but as soon as 
I add the paths for the Ngcgui libraries, the paths that Gmoccapy use 
goes missing. It would seem that the parsing of the path variables have 
a problem.

Anyone else having these issues?
I am running on the latest production release.
