Correct, you can use either side as neutral, or even, if it has a centertap on that winding, ground it to earth and feed a 63.5 volt AC from the ends of the winding up to each side of the monitor and computers duplex socket. Thats still 127 volts AC across the cpu & monitor. If the supplies in both are clean as far as ground leakage, you'll be, as we used to say when putting Titan rockets together, fat, dumb and happy.
