Something in the back of my mind says this is a pulse length problem,
possibly caused by using an opto device with the wrong active polarity.
If adding a microsecond to all 4 of the ini files stepper times, fixes
it or effects it, it might be helpfull to see if the step pulses can be
inverted and the stepper drive inputs reconfigured to be active by
feeding the + line 5 volts, and hooking the step wire to the - terminal.

We've also some BoB's out in the wild that are equipped with notoriously
slow opto's. I have one I sourced from ebay and had to remove that pins
opto and take it direct as it was seriously screwing with my pwm spindle
speed circuit. It has a 1205 label on it in the silkscreen. Its cheap
but its control trouble. Best IMO is a now disco'ed C1G from cnc4pc,
but bring more bucks.
