Changing the "jog speed" slider has no effect on what the G0 speed is and the machine is still going to try to move at what ever the Max feed rate is set to in the ini file. If you changed the "Max Velocity" slider (in Axis, the bottom slider) to be the same that should limit the G0 speed.
