Hi
Kurt
i did try to use slicing software like kissliser etc.
Problems with doing that:
1- Slicing software output in addition parameter A or E that control
plastic filament . You can control thickness of deposition with CNC feed
and also with head feed (parameter A or E in some slicing software head
feed parameter A in other E)
How i can take that parameter out of Linuxcnc? a lot of problem/work etc.
2- Slicing software -- all that look - have max step up in Z direction up
to 0.05 "
for plastic printing it is ok but if one use MIG welder step up can be
between 0.15" and 0.25"

i try to get hold of people that creating software , but only manage to
talk to sale or technical support people.
