This post reminded me that I had a problem with the feed on my CR-10s at one time. The grub screws on the filament feed gear were slipping on the shaft. I ended up getting some gears with two screws and that took care of the problem. Check to see if the filament feed gear is slipping. I am guessing the Ender and CR-10 used the same design and parts.
