Well I actually found out that there are 3-phase SSR relay as well and it costs approximately the same as 3-phase contactor. Bonus for contactor is some additional NO and/or NC contacts. I found these resistors: https://www.tme.eu/lv/en/details/r100w-47r/power-resistors/sr-passives/ I was surprised that for 2 seconds it is allowed to overload them by 1600% Last missing piece in my puzzle is something to switch the discharge resistor. What are other folks using there? Simple 1 pole relay?
