I have been using cheap SSRs with only a few blowing up :-) https://www.amazon.co.uk/SSR-40-3-2-32V-24-380V-Solid-State/dp/B07HL1HFT7 The problem with these is that in some cases the internal switching device is terribly undersized. I took one apart and found that it was rated 50A with a 10A device inside. But, then, some are exactly as you would expect, and potted solid. You can tell the better ones by weight, but not on a web page. Hopefully RS is more reputable: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/solid-state-relays/9032970?gb=s -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1912 _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
