OHH! Yes, you may be right! I didn't think to look there.
But, looking closely at pid.c, I really CAN'T find any code
that looks like it is looking for large jumps in actual
position. It presumably needs to know about the max
velocity the axis is capable of to know if that jump is
impossible. And, I'm not sure that is available in the
parameters passed to PID. Well, pid.c is fairly complex,
especially now that auto-tuning has been added, so I could
have missed it.
