Yeah, I guess large projects like JSMESS might run into that. Ok, I pushed
some fixes that allow this case, let me know if that resolves the issue for
you.

I have not checked if "crossing" c++ exceptions in flight with longjmps
similarly in flight would work - but come to think of it, I'm not sure that
ever worked in the original compiler either.
