We create/use Minko <https://github.com/aerys/minko> to create x-platform 
apps, including HTML5 via Empscripten but also native Android, iOS, 
Windows, OSX and Linux.
It's focused on 3D. Yet you don't have to juse 3D.
You can also build responsive HTML5 UIs that transparently talk with native 
code. And yes, that's still x-platform and it works with Emscripten.
