Hey Floh, I notice that if I open http://floooh.github.io/oryol/asmjs/Paclone.html in Firefox Nightly, then right-click on Nightly to Inspect Element, all audio disappears on the page. I wonder if that is an engine bug, an Emscripten bug or a Firefox bug - have you seen this before? Is there anything specific you do on audio for browser blur/focus events?
