While most people believe that recruitment in private sector is fair,
it is not always so. While recruiting, the criteria is not best
skills, diligence and intelligence, but cost and stability.

Most companies believe that if they recruit friends and relatives of
already working and stable workers, it will help bring down attrition
rates.

Cost is another important factor. Highly skilled man-power is both
costlier and less stable. So, the most successful professionals are
not necessarily the most skilled or talented.
