Hello Pln and everyone!!! I strongly believe you took the right decision, Pln, it's not fair neither to your mother nor to you, even though your mother was wanting to put you for adoption in that time. Taiwan is a country where people give much importance to have a male child, isn't it? It sounds as a patriarchal country, where the boy "rules" the family, correct me if I'm wrong.
