My major problem with the incremental search is that it is modal. In most editors I use (Visual Studio and Delphi spring to mind), the incremental search is dismissed when you use the arrow keys or copy/paste. Having to press Esc to stop it bugs me every time I use it. -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
