Hi,
we could try to "guess" difficulty from the par time submissions - not
everyone has solved every level, and the less often solved probably
means more difficult (okay, there is also a freshness aspect.
statistics can probably deal with that, too)

But we don't necessarily need to do that in a strict way.
I also like the idea of grouping them into tens of similar-themed
levels (but which should use different solutions, obviously), with the
last being a similar-themed meditation level.
In this group we then can try to place the more difficult ones later.

Also it doesn't need to be perfect by any means!
