I really wish that I could. I would have said something sooner.

I have three email accounts, all POP, that I use. The one that I use all
the time, this one, never changes. The other two, the one that I use
from time to send and receive from time for business, the bank, various
utility accounts, etc, and the other one that I only receive newsletters
and news change at least maybe once or twice a month. Since I seldom
send from them I can only say that every time I use them sounds about right.
