Average users don't need the cpufreq module either. We don't just cater for average users. > the last reason people wanted tclock is for date display - that is > now there. the rest is styling in theme. Whether the tclock functionality is added as a theme or code is not the point, the point is to correct people saying that tclock is stupid and that all the functionality is in clock, when it obviously is not true. You can justify things all you like, but you can't keep saying that tclock is stupid and that clock has all the features. There are features tclock has that clock does not, features people want, that's why people keep using it. THAT'S my point. Does not matter if the features are in code or in the theme, THEY DON'T EXIST IN CLOCK! In fact, since you are so proud that the clock module is almost entirely written in edj, your point that it's just a theming issue is completely bogus. The theme IS the clock, and it still does not have all the features of tclock. Please just stop arguing that the clock module has all the features of the tclock module when it's so easy to demonstrate that it has not. Arguing that those features are not desired is beside the point, and just confirms that these features are not in clock. -- A big old stinking pile of genius that no one wants coz there are too many silver coated monkeys in the world.
