For starters I'd open up a call with GTAC. It may be a serious issue. I do want to point out that we once had a 60 port gig DFE go red on us during a reboot. Thinking quickly at the time we just reseated the DFE (pull out/push in). The DFE was restored and has been running fine ever since. Even so, we brought this up with GTAC.
